“Mād Max” is definitely one of the coolest winemakers I’ve ever met… Bonus: the wines are spectacular!

Aptly named “Tribal Tattoo”, made by Endre Demeter, a heavily-tattoo’d Hungarian with incredible pride for his family, country and heritage, using the finest grapes in Mād. He makes beautiful wines with wonderful texture that pair incredibly well with food… Something that he would know a great deal about since his family owns Percze, one of the top restaurants in all of Hungary, located in Mād.
