This impeccably made wine is predominately Chardonnay and has a lightness and elegance as it sees no skin contact during maceration. On the palate this rose is full of tart strawberries, raspberries with a hint of lemon zest. I make sure to have a bottle on hand for any celebration and of course always on my birthday!
