Well on almost every wine list your bound to find the famed Billecart-Salmon Brut Rose, the “Rose that brought the world to their knees”. This impeccably made wine is predominately Chardonnay and has a lightness and elegance as it sees no skin contact during maceration. On the palate this rose is full of tart strawberries, raspberries with a hint of lemon zest. I make sure to have a bottle on hand for celebrations, and it’s one of my favorite rosés of Champagne!
