This Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc is nothing short of elegance and grace. L’Origine is made from 35 year old vines, 100% Chardonnay grapes, handpicked and meticulously pressed. It has a delightful aroma of citrus blossoms, green apple and brioche that just came out of the oven. The bubbles are fine and dance on your palate, the perfect accompaniment to oysters and caviar.
