This rosé 💕

I remember the first time I tried it about 2 years ago (2018). It was summer, and a hot day. I was at a rosé tasting (of all things!) and I will never forget trying this wine. I didn’t recognize the label as anything I’d heard of or tried before, then I tasted it, BOOM. I looked up at my friend Dustin, who was pouring the wine, and said “Dustin, what is this?!”. He laughed and said “Good, isn’t it?”. Anyhow, it’s been stuck in my mind as a most perfect rosé from Provence since that moment and I am SO excited to be working with it. Crisp, bright, not too acidic, just the right punch…

46% Cinsault, 27% Grenache, 11% Mourvedre, 9% Rolle, 7% Syrah
La Bernarde is an historic property considered to be in the areas finest terroir.. I would have to agree!
