Todos means 'All' as it includes nearly every grape varietal planted on the Jonata vineyard. This wine represents a mastery of the art of assemblage; every vintage a different blend is assembled to produce the best snapshot of the entire property, but Syrah is always the dominant factor. This kitchen sink blend is 56% Syrah, 14% Cabernet Franc, 10% Petit Verdot, 10% Sangiovese, 7% Petite Sirah, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon, and the balance Viognier. The only person that could take this blend and get the ratings it gets year and year out is the famed winemaker of the most coveted wine coming out of Napa Valley, Screaming Eagle.
