Bright and impactful on the nose; lots of red and black cherry and in true Oregon fashion, followed up by a complex array of mushrooms, tobacco, sweet plum and a hint of violet. On the palate this Pinot is one with some texture; gripping tannins and a long mineral finish really showcase the soil complexity of Sojeau Vineyard.
