Winemaker Julien Howsepian is known for creating powerful and elegant wines and we are so happy to have gotten our hands on a few morsels of this highly allocated wine.

The Sonoma Coast Pinot is no exception to Julien’s style. He was able to source grapes from some of the best vineyard sites along the coast getting variation in climate, soil and clonal selection. This allowed him to really cultivate a wine that entices and excites the palate. There are rich aromas of blue and blackberries, purple flowers, and a subtle hint of baking spices that the blend of French and Austrian oak contributes. At first sip, all the rich black and blue fruits are balanced with structure, acidity and an elegant finish. Don’t be afraid to enjoy this Pinot with some richer dishes…it has the power to do so!
