The Albrecht Family has been crafting wine in Alsace, the dry, sunny region on the border between France and Germany, for hundreds of years. They make primarily dry whites, a Sparkling Brut, and this Sparkling Rosé. Write this word down: Crémant. It’s what we call “Sparkling wine, made just like Champagne, outside of the Champagne Region, so we can’t call it Champagne”. It’s called the traditional method (the same way as Champagne), and see at least a year on the lees before disgorgement. The Rosé is 100% Pinot Noir… And it’s also 100% delicious!
