Bele Casel is a family business and they make beautiful Proseccos… Not meant to be mixed with OJ! They’re really my go to for occasions where champagnes and crémants might be a little too serious.
Bele Casel wines are made from fruit grown in the subregions of Santo Stefano and Sacol, considered the best source of Prosecco in the Valdobbiadene region. They’re a small production winery that works hard to produce aromatic and flavorful Prosecco and to preserve the natural freshness and vibrancy of the wine. Pair with grilled shrimp, antipasto, and after the meal, fresh fruit.
AGING The wine ages 3 months on the lees in tank for added finesse and complexity. Secondary fermentation uses the Martinotti method (Charmat method) in pressure tank at low temperatures between 40 to 50 days. RS: 4 g/l.
