Alta Alella MIRGIN Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2017

Alta Alella is an “expression of freshness as a new way of understanding cava”. This winery is run by husband and wife team Josep Maria and Christina. They farm their vineyards organically and sustainably, establishing connection and responsibility to make a product that can withstand time and many generations to come.

The 2017 MIRGIN is a produced in traditional method with extended lees agiing for a minimum of 30 months. The wine is vibrant with notes of white fruits, green almonds, and intertwined citrus. The bubbles are expressive and well integrated with the toasty briochey notes of lengthy lees aging.

Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia Gran Reserva Brut Nature

Reserva de la Familia was originally produced exclusively for the Juvé family and gifted to close friends. Today Juvé & Camps’ most iconic wine is the world’s best-selling Gran Reserva cava and can be found at award-winning restaurants around the world. Following the tradition, Reserva de la Familia is always a vintage cava, no dosage is added, and each bottle is numbered.

Reserva de la Familia is an attractive and bright Cava, pale golden in colour, with tiny and abundant bubbles that rise in strings of beads, culminating in a persistent crown. Deep, intense and elegant, initially evokes notes of ripe white fruits followed by hints of fennel, toast and citrus to complete its distinguished aroma. Its creamy mousse is perfectly integrated in the palate, making its texture in the mouth simultaneously fresh, rounded, and evocative.

Vilarnau Brut Reserva

Vilarnau is produced 250 metres above sea level in the in the highest and windiest municipality of Sant Sadurni d’Anoia. The blend of Macabeo, Paralleda, and Chardonnay come together balanced, with layers of fresh fruits and flowers, out of the oven pastries and lingering notes of honey and toast. This wine is incredibly fresh will be a delight to consume on any occasion.

Roger Goulart Coral Rosé

Roger Goulart was one of the first wineries in Spain to age his wines in underground caves, 30 meters below sea level, similar to those of Champagne. Through the last 135 years, the winery has earned a well-deserved reputation for high quality traditional method sparkling wines. Their wines are full of character, texture and beautifully structured.

The Coral Rosé is not exception. It is “pale pink color, bright, with abundant fine bubbles and corona formation. On the nose it has fresh and intesense notes of red strawberry with a background of sweets and marked varietal character. On the palate it is fresh and elegant, powerful and persistent with a silky and balanced finish.”
