Quite familiar with Puech-Haut’s Tête de Biliers Rosé, one of the best French rosés I know, I was excited to try and subsequently adore another of Puech-Haut’s rosés. Pale pink in color with a fresh nose of exotic fruits. The palate is fresh and crispy. It is a thirst-quenching rose perfect for apéritif, grilled fishes and salads.
Grape Variety: 60% Grenache, 40% Cinsault

A very exclusive offering from Talisman, normally only sold at the Tasting Room itself… And we have access to a small amount of it! It’s a rosé that doesn’t hold back it’s punches and a favourite of mine since they started making it. Marta and Scott, I have to say are pretty darn amazing at winemaking, and about 5 years ago, Scott finally made a rosé… And oh my… Thank you Scott is all I have to say…

NV La Caravelle, Brut Rosé Champagne, France
Paying homage to legendary NYC French fine dining restaurant La Caravelle, which Rita and André Jammet owned. La Caravelle, hand chosen by Rita and André, reflects the classic roots and contemporary sensibility of the brand. La Caravelle Brut Rose is beautiful. It has a delicate pink hue, soft floral aromas, and a whole lot of complexity on the palate. A slightly richer, fuller body, but nicely balanced with red currant and pomegranate acidity. Honestly a wine that you could drink all day, through an entire meal, or even as your dessert.
