Successful Businesses are born in order to solve a problem.  JC Select Wines is no different.  It solves a number of problems, all of them First World, in one fell swoop.

I love nothing more than sharing the wines and wineries that I’m passionate about with friends and family. If you’ve been to my house or met up with me for dinner, you can bet that I’ve spent a long time (long version of my toils here) trying to pick out the “perfect” wines for whoever’s dining with me.

The biggest challenge however, would always come when people would inevitably ask me “where can I get these wines?” and my answer would sound like “Well, Um, you can get this one here, that one there, and I don’t know

about this one”. I’m sure at this point my friends stopped listening and instead began suggesting a date for our next dinner.  

Now, I know that I shouldn’t start a company just for my friends and family… Even though that’s kind of what I’ve done(!)… I meet people at events, parties and staff trainings all the time who are dying to not rely on picking wines off the shelf at a grocery store just because they recognize a “common” brand.  They all know that they could get more for their money, but without knowing the Hidden Gems that deliver more for the price, where can they start?!  Well, friends new and old, welcome to the greatest world I know…
